How to remove your Walue connected-account data, and how to confirm a deletion request from a social platform.
You can request deletion of the data Walue holds about your connected accounts in two ways.
From Instagram or Facebook
Open your Instagram or Facebook settings, find the Walue app under Apps and Websites, and remove it. Meta automatically notifies us and we immediately delete the connection data and stored access tokens.
Email us
Email privacy@walue.io from the address on your account. Include the platforms and accounts you'd like removed.
Response window: within 30 days. Connected-account data (tokens, page IDs, cached metrics) is typically deleted immediately.
