Walue engages a small number of vetted subprocessors to deliver the service. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement with obligations equivalent to our own, and we notify customers of changes before new subprocessors are engaged.

Customers and prospective customers can request our full, named subprocessor list — including entity names and locations — for due diligence. Email privacy@walue.io and we'll provide it, typically within 2 business days.
Existing customers are notified by email before any new subprocessor is engaged, with a 30-day objection period.
